Based upon the repeating crossbow, this device utilizes a spring enhanced clockwork mechanism to launch razor sharp 5-inch projectiles at targets up to 20-feet away with impressive accuracy. These needles can be coated in various herbal potions or toxins in order to cause various effects within its victims bodies, usually Shirasu venom. And is small enough to be concealed within the sleeves of a loose fitting robe when worn in its usual position on the underside of the forearm.
