KEEP THIS IN MIND: Hello's and welcomes are NOT a chatterbox, there is no reason to have four or five posts of conversation, this racks up post count and is not fair to get a post cheaply. However, we do feel that people should get a post for saying hello. Everyone saying hi is fine, but please keep the mass posting and greetings in the chatbox located at the top of the site, and no need to register for it as it is apart of your user abilities.
